General Shipping Costs

Delivery time approximately 1-3 business days within Germany
Delivery time approximately 3-5 business days to EU countries
Delivery is always via DHL and FedEx.

For cash on delivery we charge a fee of €5.
For Europe-wide DHL Express shipping we charge a flat rate of €50.
For items shipped in a coolingbox, we charge an additional flat rate of €5.
We will provide shipping costs for heavier packages upon request.
Any customs fees that may apply are not included in the shipping fee and must be borne by the customer.

Germany:

- €6.50 shipping for orders under €50 up to a weight of 3kg
- Free shipping for orders over €50 for non-prescription medicines
- Free shipping for prescription medicines

Romania:

Packaging and postage (flat rate) €10 up to a weight of 3kg

All other EU countries, where listed:

Packaging and postage (flat rate) €12.00 up to a weight of 3kg
For orders over €150, we ship free of charge.

All other countries

We ship not only to European countries, but almost worldwide.

However, some countries cannot be selected during the ordering process. If you would like delivery to a country not listed here, please contact us so we can inform you about delivery and the applicable shipping costs.
